The City of Peekskill Youth Bureau's Workforce Development Academy for Youth is geared towards assisting youth and young adults from the Northern Westchester-Putnam area who are not in school, have dropped out of school, or have already obtained their high school diploma/GED, in foster care or not, with employment and/or secondary education.
